Through The Trees Therapy is passionate about working with children and adolescents to help them unlock their potential and see how making changes could help them manage stress, depression, anxiety, and trauma. We are equally passionate about working with young adults and adults to identify areas of their life where they may need to make changes in patterns, and other ways of thinking that they may have never thought of before.

We offer in person sessions and telehealth sessions.

The mission of Through The Trees Therapy is to provide a welcoming and safe environment for clients to develop stronger bonds, new perspectives, and a better quality of life. Our team values individualized care and evidenced-based practice and believes each client’s situation is unique. We want each client to leave feeling empowered, more understood, more supported, and less alone. We also believe that progress is not linear, and we will support our clients through every hurdle along their processing journey.
